With over more than 14 years of litigation experience in state courts, federal courts and administrative agencies, I have represented clients in actions involving construction site accidents, premises liability, auto liability, personal injury, workers’ compensation, employers’ liability, contract disputes, criminal actions and probate actions. I am an active member of the Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. I have tried jury cases and bench trial cases to verdict in Illinois state and federal courts and resolved many cases through alternative dispute resolution.
From 2011 through 2015, I was selected as an Illinois Rising Star by Illinois Super Lawyers, a designation representing the top 2.5% percent of all lawyers in Illinois that are 40 years of age or younger or that have been practicing law for ten years or less, based on independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. From 2015 through 2016, I was selected by Illinois Leading Lawyers, a Law Bulletin Publishing Company, as an Emerging Lawyer in the practice areas of commercial litigation and general personal injury defense. Emerging Lawyers names the top 2% of lawyers in Illinois who are under the age of 40 or have practiced less than 10 years.
