Maxwell Max Brusky, J.D., is currently Assistant General Counsel – Litigation for Transdev North America, a nationwide operator and maintainer of municipal transit systems, and a division of the global Transdev Group. In this role, he is responsible for oversight of the company’s liability claims and commercial litigation, and of all work on these by the company’s TPA. He has previously held roles as Claims Director for two nationwide trucking fleets, Hub Group and Bulkmatic, LLC, and as Assistant Branch Manager for Gallagher Bassett’s Transportation Practice’s Major Case Unit, He has practiced law as in-house counsel with the Chicago Transit Authority, with two outside-counsel defense firms, and as a solo practitioner. He currently lives in Aurora, Illinois and is licensed to practice in Illinois. He is a 1995 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.A. in Mathematics and History of Science, and a 2000 J.D. graduate of DePaul University College of Law.
