Anthony G. Joseph

Anthony G. Joseph is an attorney at the firm of Hay & Oldenburg, LLC where he concentrates his practice in the area of professional liability defense. Mr. Joseph received his B.A. degree in Global Economic Relations from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. He obtained both his J.D. degree and Certificate in Trial Advocacy from The John Marshall Law School. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in November 2010 and the Federal Trial Bar for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2012. Mr. Joseph, an active trial lawyer, is a member of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, where he is on the civil practice committee, and the Chicagoland Healthcare Risk Management Society, where he serves on the program committee. Mr. Joseph publishes in the area of civil litigation, as well as healthcare and medical malpractice. Mr. Joseph is also an adjunct professor at DePaul University.
